Excon 2023 opens

India’s largest construction equipment exhibition has opened this week in Bangalore/Bengaluru.

This year there are just over 1,000 exhibitors, including most of the main crane, aerial lift and even telehandler manufacturers. The thing of most note, perhaps is increased focus on environmentally friendly solutions, such as an electric pick & carry crane from ACE and the equivalent of EU Stage V power units highlighted on several stands. The CEV 5 engines come in for all equipment from April, with annual testing due to start in 2026.

The show runs through to Saturday evening - for more details check our events section.
