Lifting in high winds
Caught on video in London, UK this morning, a tower crane raising a load that starts to swing dangerously between two buildings and a hoist mast.

The limits on operating cranes in high winds have been clearly stated highlighted over the past few years, loads that have a large surface area in relation to their weight are particularly risky, as this video clearly demonstrates. Fortunately this time it was not as serious as it might have been.
