McLaughlin has worked with Panther for more than five years and says he spends more time looking after the truck than his own car. “The Lorry is painted periodically, and is cleaned and washed every day if possible. The inside is also cleaned with baby wipes, every day,” He says.
“Before show days, the vehicle is thoroughly jet-washed and touched up including the wheel trims which have been sprayed ‘Panther Blue’ to match the vehicle’s colour.”

Jessica Tune general manager of Panther Liskeard, said: "Ken takes enormous pride in the appearance of his vehicle. He uses his own personal time to paint and clean it out. His efforts have now been rewarded by winning both the Plymouth Truck Show and just recently The Cornwall Truck Show at Stithians, His work is very much appreciated."
