Conexpo is in Las Vegas, March 19 - 23, 2002.

Business-wise the show will bring you right up to date with all that’s new in the lifting industry. All the big names will be there and some smaller ones from the US that you may not previously have heard of. The last CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show, held in 1999, featured over 1,880 exhibitors covering 1.7 million net square feet of space and was visited by more than 124,000 attendees from around the world.

The winner's hotel accomodation is being provided by Demag

The show takes place right next to the Las Vegas Hilton – in other words in the centre of town and just off the famous “Strip” which is home to the casinos, sports arenas and shows that are known throughout the world. This means the cranes, platforms and a whole gamut of construction equipment are sandwiched in between one of the biggest adult playgrounds in the world – and the lifting industry certainly knows how to play!

HOW TO ENTER

The rules of the competition are simple. Take your business card and write the answers to the three questions shown below on the back. If you don’t have a card, just cut a piece of paper to the approximate size, write your company name, address and your name on the paper and send it to us.

The Questions:

c> What is the model number and maximum lift capacity of Demag’s new heavylift lattice boom crawler crane? (Clue: visit www.demag24.com)

THE PRIZES

First prize is a flight to Las Vegas during Conexpo 2002, courtesy of Haulotte and three nights accommodation in a luxury Las Vegas hotel during the show courtesy of Demag Mobile Cranes.
Our two sponsors have also donated some fantastic models and these are available as runner up prizes.

THE RULES: The winner of the trip to Las Vegas will be the first correct entry to be drawn at random from all entries at 12 noon on February 25th by The Publisher of Cranes & Access. Winners will be notified immediately and must be willing to travel to Las Vegas from London on 21st March returning on 24th March 2002. You will need a passport to travel to the US. The first runner up will be the next correct entry drawn at random from all remaining entries and will receive a model. The second runner up will be the third correct entry drawn at random from all remaining entries and will also win a model. All entries must be on business cards or include your full business address. No employees of Vertikal Press Limited, Demag Mobile Cranes, Haulotte or their families may enter. No cash alternatives will be offered. The Publisher’s decision is final in any dispute.
