IPAF Rental+ for Balloo Hire
Northern Ireland based Balloo Hire has achieved IPAF Rental + accreditation, the quality mark that signifies that a rental company has been independently audited and confirmed as meeting the most stringent standards of training, advice, equipment and customer satisfaction.
IPAF Rental+ is designed to promote continual improvement throughout the platform rental industry for the benefit of both rental companies and their customers. Annual repeat audits ensure that accredited companies maintain service levels at the highest levels.
The Belfast based company received confirmation and its certification at last week’s Vertikal Days event.
Balloo managing director Paul Lavery said: “We are delighted to be recognised by our industry association as being a leader in the field in terms of providing an elite level of service, engineering, product knowledge, delivery and health & safety to users of powered access equipment. We are fully focused on continuing to enhance the level of service we provide to our growing customer base, and the IPAF Rental + quality mark reiterates that commitment.”
