IPAF East Midlands meeting

IPAF is holding its East Midlands, UK regional meeting at the Sketchley Grange Hotel in Burbage, Leicestershire, on Thursday 8th May at 18.30.

The meeting will be jointly hosted by Loxam Access managing director Brian Stead and inspHire managing director Graham Dobbs.

Speakers include Jacques Valckenaere of Trackunit, who will provide an update on the use of telematics and access control and Bob Murdoch of SpanSet with updates on the latest legislation and guidance on risk assessment, equipment and rescue from height. IPAF director of operations Giles Councell will also present on IPAF’s role in the industry with Stead finishing the meeting with guidance on considering ground conditions to ensure the safe use of aerial work platforms.

IPAF’s regional meetings are open to both members and non-members and serve as an informal opportunity to meet other members and to discuss the latest developments within the industry.
