700t Terex for Wagenborg Nedlift

Dutch international heavy lift and transport specialist Wagenborg Nedlift has taken delivery of a new 700 tonne Terex AC 700 All Terrain crane.

The nine-axle AC 700 features a 60 metre main boom, 160 tonnes of counterweight and the company’s Sideways Super Lift (SSL). When configured with its 50 metre fixed jib and 96 metre luffing jib the crane provides a maximum under-hook height of around 150 metres. Additional features include its outrigger load moment indicator system, platforms and railings on the crane’s boom and jib and a harness/lanyard system for assembling the crane’s counterweights.

The cranes first job was to tandem lift a hydraulic piling hammer weighing 185 tonnes onto a barge in Eemshaven.
