Platform Basket moves into Poland
Italian spider and boom lift manufacturer Platform Basket has appointed Skybasket as its dealer for Poland and shipped its first machines to the company.
Skybasket was formed in 2006 as a roofing contractor, and until this year operated under the name Phu Budmon. It acquired its first aerial lift in 2009 and still has a 14 metre Oil & Steel Octopussy. More recently it realised what potential there was to both add further machines for its own use, while selling, servicing and renting the products to others.
After carrying out research into the products available and what might be available, It approached Platform Basket and reached an agreement at the end of May following a visit to the manufacturer’s facility in Italy.
