Anna Hyvönen to leave Rami

Anna Hyvönen executive vice president of Ramirent North Central Europe has announced her departure from the company in order to take up a leading position in another industry.

Hyvönen has been a member of Ramirent's senior management team since 2012 and will remain on board until the end of the first quarter 2016. A search for her successor has already started.

Chief executive Magnus Rosén said: "I would like to thank Anna for her contribution over the past years, in leading our segment Finland and helping to drive synergies throughout the North Central Europe market area. I wish her the very best in her future endeavours."

Hyvönen joined the company from Kone, the elevator and escalator manufacturer, where she headed the worldwide maintenance business. Between 1995 and 2007 she held various international management positions at Nokia Networks and, among other assignments, led maintenance business operations in Eastern Europe and South America and was also responsible for cost management. She has been a director of Caverion since 2013.
