New Zarges step platforms

German based ladder and tower manufacturer Zarges has launched a new range of indoor/ outdoor step type work platforms.

The new EN 131-7 certified aluminium platform offers working heights from 720mm to 1.9 metres, with 150kg capacity, and is designed for use in wet or dry conditions. Measuring 600mm x 800mm, the platform has enough space for one person and their tools, but is compact enough for use in tight spaces. It can be purchased with either extruded aluminium alloy steps or open grid steel for added non-slip safety.

Zarges' 150kg capacity work platform is designed for use in wet or dry conditions

The platform is equipped with a one metre high guard rail, with an optional double sided hand rail also available for the steps t. Designed with four sprung swivel castors which provide automatic braking when weight is applied, the platform can also be secured with a two-wheel brake system on the castors to prevent an unladen platform from running away.
