Terex director retires
Terex non-executive director Chris Andersen has resigned from the Terex board, but will continue to be available in an advisory role as director emeritus.
As such he will still be invited to attend and participate in board meetings, but will not be entitled to a vote. An investment banker, George Chris Andersen, 77, was head of the Investment Banking Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert, before joining Paine Webber in 1990, joining the Terex board two years later in 1992. In 1996 he founded G.C. Andersen Partners, a private investment banking and advisory firm where he is a partner.
