Double crane fatality
Two by standers were killed on Friday when an articulated pick & carry tractor crane overturned while trying to pull a crashed truck off the median of a divided highway in Coimbatore in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India.
The crane started to lift the truck when it rolled forward applying a side loading to the crane, pulling it over. The two men , a painter, 32), and a night watchman, 66, are remoted to have died instantly they were hit by the falling crane. Two similar crane were call into to carry out a hairy looking recovery of the overturned crane.

The recovery of the stricken crane hardly looks any better than the attempt to recover the truck
