Nordic expansion for MCS

Rental software company MCS has appointed Niclas Holmberg as customer service consultant for the Nordic region.

The appointment increases MCS' Nordic team to four. Holmberg joins the company from IBM, where he has been an IT training manager for the past four years, having started as senior executive assistant with the company two years earlier.

He began his career with Viking Line in Stockholm in 2004, working in freight and customs clearing, before moving to Finland four years later to work as financial management specialist at Diamina. After leaving Diamina and working for himself for a couple of years repairing computers, Holmberg moved to the UK to take a role as technical support agent for MiTac Europe, moving to IBM in 2011.

Holmberg said: "I am really looking forward to getting to know MCS’ Nordic customers and to learn more about MCS and the rental industry. I am keen to use my extensive IT knowledge to help support MCS’ new and existing clients in their rental projects."
