Two more acquisitions for Time Versalift

Time Versalift has acquired Knoxville, Tennessee, based dealer O.G. Hughes & Sons which also operates from a branch in Forest Park, Georgia. And MAP Enterprises, of Graham, South Carolina – between Durham and Greensboro - which distributes Versalift platforms and Hiab loader cranes.

The two companies and there three locations will be merged into Versalift Southeast a newly established wholly owned distributor, with 44 employees over three locations in Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina, each facility features work bays, assembly, maintenance, paint and body repair facilities, along with parts warehousing and dielectric testing.
