Bonfiglioli partners with CVTCORP

Italian transmission and motor manufacturer Bonfiglioli has agreed an exclusive licencing deal with Canada's CVT Corp to manufacture and sell the comapny's magnetic Continuous Variable Transmission (mCVT) technology for telehandlers and other equipment.

The agreement includes the production of the Ecomec 150, used in the Skyjack Ecoshift telehandler, which CVT Corp says improves overall vehicle performance by around 20 to 30 percent.
