Duo shocked
Two men were badly burnt last week after coming into contact with overhead power lines, while using an aerial work platform in Yuma, Arizona in the south west corner of the state.
The men were reportedly working for Power Contracting on a project at the Arizona Public Service’s upgrade to the North Gila substation. The men were working on the concrete perimeter wall when they managed to get too close to the power lines. They were airlifted to a hospital in Phoenix where their injuries were reported to be severe. So far there has been no update.
