Versalift strengthens international team
Vehicle mounted lift manufacturer Versalift International has appointed Peter Nørgaard Tipsmark as director of sales, Europe while Martin Sloth moves to the role of product manager.
Tipsmark joins the company from engineering and manufacturing consultants BIIR where he had been sales director since the start of the year. Prior to that he was industrial segment director at DESMI, a specialist pump supplier having started with the company in 2015. He began his career in 2002 as a product manager for DEIF a manufacturer of control systems for remote power supplies such a Generator sates or wind turbines. Five years later he left the company to join pump Danish manufacturer Grundfos, returning to DEIF a year and a half later as sales manager. In late 2010 he moved to food production automation specialist Frontmatec as sales and marketing manager, departing in 2015 for DESMI.
Sloth has been with Versalift/Time International since 2005 having joined the company as engineer/sales manager Europe, following a nine year career with the Danish army. In 2015 he was appointed sales manager for France, Spain and Portugal and international sales manager early last year.

Chief executive Kim Jensen said: “Peter is very commercially experienced internationally with a large customer and dealer focus while Martin is very technically experienced in lift products. With the new setup, we can create a synergy effect, thus further accelerating our growth both locally and internationally."
