ELS appoints SNM in France

Turkish aerial work platform manufacturer ELS Lift has appointed sales and service company SNM Lift as its distributor for low level work platforms in France.

SNM Lift is part of Groupe SNM (Société Nantaise de Manutention) which dates backs to 1981 and now has three divisions. Its Load Handling division distributes a wide range of cranes and was recently appointed to distribute Terex tower cranes. This is joined by its Port and Heavy handling division and its Access division - SNM Lift. Established in 2013, SNM Lift provides a wide variety of aerial work platform and telehandler manufacturers, including Genie, ATN, Movex and more recently Oil&Steel.

The company has taken delivery of 36 low level platforms and will be responsible for selling and marketing them throughout France, while also providing after sales parts and service. The group is based in Nantes, with a second location in Lyon and mobile teams near Paris and Bordeaux.
