Texas facility for Magni

Magni Telehandlers has acquired a new facility in Pasadena, on the south side of Houston, Texas. In addition to the building, the company has purchased 4.15 acres of adjoining land to allow for future expansion.

Magni America will use the facility as its main logistics hub for the distribution of spare parts and machines for the western half of the USA. The building is strategically located at 5585 Bay Oaks Drive, on the Bay Oaks Business Park, with easy access to both the port of Galveston and the main airports.

The warehouse/workshop

The facility joins Magni America's current headquarters, parts and machine distribution facility in New Jersey. The next stage of its North American operation will be to start work on a new headquarters building in the first quarter of next year.

The new office entry

The company said: “This new corporate set up will further improve relationships and communication with local customers and dealers, allowing Magni to strengthen its leading position in the US and North American markets.”
