Sinoboom adds to Euro team

Sinoboom Europe has appointed Lucjan Bogdan as regional manager for Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus.

Bogdan began his powered access career at the start of 2007 when he joined Polish access rental company Gizo, as sales and rental specialist, which at the time sold Genie platforms and telehandlers, Teupen spider lifts and Dieci 360 degree telehandlers. It also sold used equipment and had a substantial rental fleet. In 2010 he was promoted to sales and purchasing director. During his time in the role the company added the distribution for Isoli truck mounted lifts, Manitou platforms and the setting up of the Liftstore affiliate which began importing Sinoboom platforms in 2018, when he also began working with Sinoboom.

Gizo also became a founding member of the Polish Rental Association during his time with the company. He left the company at the start of this year to set up Multi AWP which was appointed the Almac distributor for Poland last month.

Sinoboom Europe chief executive Tim Whiteman said: “Lucjan brings great expertise and knowledge to the position, and we are delighted to work with him in developing and supporting this important market.”

Bogdan added: “I have worked with the Sinoboom product for more than three years and am delighted to offer these high quality, electric scissors and booms to rental companies across Poland.”
