Phil Graysmark joins Liugong

Chinese construction equipment manufacturer Liugong, has appointed Phil Graysmark as business development director at Liugong Europe.

The company manufactures a wide range of construction Equipment, including cranes and aerial work platforms but has largely focused on earthmoving and compaction equipment in Europe, especially excavators. Graysmark has spent the last two years with LGMG during which time the company established a significant foothold in the European market. He previously worked with JCB Access, Genie and Terex Finance - See New sales director for LGMG

Liugong has yet to issue any formal announcement of the appointment, but Graysmark officially joined the company earlier this month. We will update this item when we receive more information.

Numerous rumours have been circulating over the past few months concerning Graysmark’s move from LGMG and his future employment. They have included positions with a number of different aerial lift manufacturers, none of which were correct. The key point if interest involves Liugong’s expansion plans over the next year or two. Expect to see it and other Chinese Construction equipment suppliers launch their aerial lift lines in Europe next year.
