EuropeLift’s new 21m trailer lift

Hungarian aerial lift manufacturer EuropeLift has started production of its new 21 metre dual boom TM21GTi trailer lift.

Initially announced at the end of September, this is the company’s first articulated trailer lift above 20 metres - until now its largest model was the 18 metre TM18GT. The first unit has been sold to a Croatian electrical contractor through Riwal.

The new machine features a two section telescopic riser/lower boom, topped by a three section telescopic upper boom and a 1.3 metre jib with 90 degrees of articulation. Maximum outreach is 11.2 metres with 100kg in the platform, or 8.7 metres with the maximum platform capacity of 220kg. Maximum Up & Over reach is 8.5 metres, although outreach is reduced by a metre when the lower boom is fully extended.

When stowed the TM21 has an overall length of 6.33 metres, an overall width of 1.79 metres and an overall height of 2.1 metres. The outrigger width when set is 3.85 metres with the ability to level on slopes of up to 10 degrees. Total weight is 2,620kg.
The initial power options are either a Honda petrol engine with 230 volt plug in electric or battery electric. Friction drive chassis propulsion is standard, with a plug in cable type remote controller making it easy to drive the machine into position.
