Working at full stretch

Spotted by a reader in the Primrose Hill area of North West London two men stretching the limits of a boom lift.

The two are trimming trees from the platform of a Genie 45/25 or 51/30RT located in the busy street. They have not been able to get the machine into a parking spot, which means the lift is working at its maximum reach. As a result, the men are working at full stretch which included standing on the mid rail. It looks as though he is wearing a harness, but if so, with an extended lanyard. The unit is also operating on slight slope and the cordoning off is basic to say the least.
