450t Tadano for Boiano

Italian crane and aerial lift rental company Boiano Service has taken delivery of a new 450t Tadano AC 7.450-1 All Terrain crane.

The seven axle crane is equipped with a seven section 80 metre main boom Boiano ordered the crane with as full a specification as possible. The crane can be equipped with an 81 metre luffing jib and the enhanced SSL Sideways Superlift system.
The AC 7.450-1 went straight to work, erecting several tower cranes around the former building of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Chief executive Andrea Boiano said: “The seven axle AC 7.450-1 is as compact as compact as a six axle crane and yet is a powerful as an eight axle crane. That’s not something you can find anywhere else on the market right now. It is also tremendously easy to operate, while the 80 metre boom, offers enormous lifting capacity, and the option of quickly disassembling the boom in order to reduce axle loads is fantastic. We were already planning to do more business with Tadano in the future, and this just solidified that decision. The new Tadano AC 7.450-1 has been crucial to making the expansion to our portfolio possible, as it enables us to tap into new business areas.”
