The new Investment includes modern machine tools and machining centres as well as automated flame and laser cutting equipment and a state of the arts paint shop. The plant is also equipped with photovoltaic solar panels capable of generating 2.4 megawatts of power, making the facility energy self-sufficient in terms of electricity.

Speaking at the official opening Walter Sennebogen said: "Termelés-Logistic-Centrum is our most important supplier of steel assemblies. With this investment in Hungary, we are not only expanding our capacities to meet the growing demand, but also building reserves for the future."

Michael Seiferling, managing director of the new plant added: "With the new plant, we are supplementing our previous steel component production in Balatonfüred. The locations are also logistically connected via plant traffic."
