New Dublin depot for KDM

Irish rental company KDM has opened a new ‘super depot’ in Dublin taking its network to five locations across the country.

The new super depot

The new €12 million facility is located on a three acre site in Stadium Business Park, Ballycoolin with dedicated maintenance and repair workshops along with state of the art wash and pre-hire inspection areas and a dedicated training facility. The depot will initially employ a team of 20.

The KDM team in Dublin

Established in 1990, KDM offers a range of powered access, telehandlers, general construction equipment and tools. It also runs specialist cabin, power and vehicle rental divisions and employs over 220 staff at locations in Mallusk and Castlereagh in Belfast, Cork and now Dublin, with the specialist rental operations for cabins and vehicle rental in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. A new depot is planned for Cork for early next year.
