Spanish crane and access rental company Grúas Romaní has taken delivery of the first 70 metre Ruthmann Steiger T700 HF truck mounted lift to arrive in Spain. The unit was purchase through Ruthmann distributor AMCO Machinery and Consulting.

The T700 HF features a five section main boom, plus a three section upper boom and an articulating jib, all of which provides a maximum outreach of 41 metres, or up to 35 metres at an up & over height of 47 metres. Maximum platform capacity is 600kg.
The hand over
The T700 joins A 54 metre Ruthmann T540 HF delivered in 2016 as well as several other 70 metre units from Bronto, plus a 75 metre Ruthmann. The crane fleet incldues All Terrains up to a 300 tonne Grove, lattice crawlers up to 180 tonnes and a fleet of Palfinger loader cranes.

Established in 1977, Grúas Romaní is based in Amposta south of Tarragona on Spain's east coast. The company runs a fleet of cranes, loader cranes, transport, and truck mounted platforms, it has a sister company, Grue Ribera d'Ebre, in Móra la Nova - towards Tarragona.
