Hiab has launched MyHiab, a mobile app, which it says will improve operator safety and productivity.
The app allows operators to access the tools they need to plan their working day and troubleshoot when things are not working as expected.
Features include: Error code library: Operators can input the error code and quickly understand the problem Service locator: Allows users Find the nearest Hiab expert Service reminders: Provides reminders of equipment servicing and warranty validity Daily checklist: Allows operators to perform daily equipment checks while sharing records of the equipment's condition digitally Training videos: Users can learn more about the equipment and certain features through videos.
Michael Bruninx of Hiab said: "Hiab operators are our biggest fans and the most influential advocates of our solutions. This app is designed to support and simplify their work day and is our way of giving something back. It also makes it possible for us to reach them directly and learn more about their challenges to create better solutions for tomorrow."
The app can be downloaded in Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, the UK and the US with plans to make it available in more locations throughout the year.
