5 year contract for Mammoet

Dutch international crane and heavy lift company Mammoet has been appointed as the exclusive heavy lift and haulage supplier to the UK’s largest freeport for a five year period. The contract includes the supply of labour, mobile cranes, crawler cranes and self propelled modular trailers.

The contract involves Teesworks, a 2,600 acre site at the Steel River Quay, on Teeside in northeast England, which is expected to play a large role in supporting the UK’s offshore wind energy market. Mammoet will also collaborate with the Teesworks Skills Academy to enhance the skills of the local workforce through its own in-house training and skills development programme.

We look forward to achieving these joint goals together with Steel River Quay and their various clients for years to come.”
