Swedish rental company Swelift has taken delivery of two 70 metre T700 HF Ruthmann truck mounted lifts from Swedish distributor and sister company Versalift Sweden.
Mounted on a Volvo chassis the T700 HF features a five section main boom, topped by a three section upper boom and an articulating jib, all of which provides a maximum outreach of 41 metres, or up to 35 metres at an up & over height of 47 metres. Maximum platform capacity is 600kg.
The new unit joins several other Ruthmanns in the Swelift fleet, including the 38 metre T380, two 57 metre T570 HF’s and a 65 metre T60 HF.
Axel Rask of Versalift Scandinavia said: "The collaboration between Versalift, Ruthmann, Volvo, and Swelift has been a great success. Together, we have created a solution that strengthens Swelift's fleet and helps them provide their customers with high quality aerial work platforms. We look forward to continuing this partnership and supporting Swelift in their future growth."
Established in 2008, Swelift is based in Järfälla, north west of Stockholm operating from three depots with a fleet of aerial lifts, telehandlers, forklifts and material lifts. The company also offers various aerial work platform training courses.
