LGMG adds to UK service team

Chinese aerial lift manufacturer LGMG has appointed Phill Tymanskyj as a service manager and David Plumtree as a service engineer in the UK.

Phill Tymanskyj joined the company in the summer after seven years as a service engineer with Skyjack UK. He began his access related career 18 years ago as a service engineer with PAS (Powered Access Services), moving in 2015 to Platform Service & Repair as a field service engineer leaving for Skyjack in 2017

Tymanskyj said: "I am excited to take on this new challenge with LGMG, building and developing a service team alongside the rapidly growing UK business. I look forward to supporting our existing customers and am eager to meet and assist new customers now and in the future."

David Plumtree began his career in 2001 when he began as an apprentice technician at Peugeot, moving to MAN in 2004 as an HGV technician. His access career began in 20016 when he joined Luton based Panther Platforms as a mobile service engineer in 2010 he was appointed foreman and regional access engineer at sister company Nationwide Platforms. In 2013 he moved to Windsor Materials Handling as an access and forktruck engineer and took on a similar role at IAPS the following year, leaving in 2016 for Genie, starting as a field service technician leaving for LGMG in September.
