Magni expands Iberian network

Italian telehandler manufacturer Magni has appointed two new distributors on the Iberian peninsula - Finanzauto in Spain and Stet in Portugal - both companies are part of the Tesya group.

Based in Madrid, Finanzauto operates from 28 locations across Spain providing sales, service and rental of lifting and construction equipment. The company became part of Tesya in 2018 and is Caterpillar's official distributor in Spain and distributes several other construction equipment brands including Sandvik, Pronar, Prinoth and Konrad.

Stet (Sociedade Técnica de Equipamentos e Tractores) is based in Prior Velho, on the outskirts of Lisbon. The company has been Caterpillar's exclusive dealer in Portugal and Cape Verde since 1961. In 1990, it became part of what is now the Tesya Group which is made up of 14 companies employing 2,800 people across 90 locations, and also distributes Sandvik and Pronar construction equipment.
