The three axle crane has a six section 50 metre pinned main boom to which a 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension can be added for a maximum tip height of around 69 metres, while offering up to 40 degrees of offset. On one of its first jobs, it was rigged with its full stick.

The crane is rated at three metres and can manage 6.4 tonnes on the fully extended boom at a radius of up to 13 metres. The crane comes with a wireless remote controller, and new cabs. The crane was also ordered with the optional anti-magnetic interference module, for when working in the proximity of strong magnetic fields or under high voltage lines etc.

The new crane was supplied by Sany’s distributor for Italy Verdelli International and will be based at a 300,000 square metre crane and lifting logistics hub in Vado Ligure near Savona that Vernazza has taken over to provide a range of services, both internally and for external customers.
