AJ Access Platforms, the UK based powered access sales and rental company, is now able to provide Live Support to visitors to its website.
The new feature enables visitors to ask to talk, (via a messenger type system) with a live sales assistant as they look for a product on the web.

The feature also allows a sales assistant to send a message onto a visitors screen asking if they would like to talk directly with a live assistant via the messenger type function.
The team at AJ can also help find what the visitor is looking for by taking them to the page they require by “feeding the relevant pages” to them, for a quicker and more efficient customer service.
