The skips fall was broken by this ledge

The skip fell at least 45 storeys before crashing through a heavy duty scaffold canopy into the fenced off jobsite.
It bumped into the building several times on the way down smashing at least four large glass façade panels.

Debris including shattered glass and wood came crashing down onto pedestrians below, injuring at least six people, none of them seriously.

A taxi cab had a narrow escape when a large piece of timber came crashing through its rear window.
Bank of America was referring all inquiries to Tishman Construction, the main contractor. A Tishman spokesman declined to make an immediate comment but said the company would release a statement later in the day..
