Lifterz hits 200

Lifterz, the Wakefield, UK based aerial lift rental company, has taken delivery of its 200th lift, a JLG 2630ES one of a delivery of four units. Which arrived at the same time as two Holland Lift 165-12 scissor lifts supplied by Russon Access.

Lifterz was founded and is owned by Ben and Malcolm Bowers the entrepreneur responsible for founding AFI.

Ben Bowers, said: “I am overwhelmed by the customer support offered to the business and how quickly the customer base has built up. We have been touching 90 percent utilisation on some days, we have another 70 units on order for spring delivery,”

Malcolm Bowers, added: “The performance of the business has made a mockery of all my projections, but that’s a nice problem to have. We have a long way to go yet from our Yorkshire depot and are in negotiations for larger premises, something we thought would happen in year three. ”
