CLE joins the Access Alliance

Compact Lifting Equipment the Hull, UK based powered access and Industrial mini crane specialist has joined the recently formed Access Alliance of independent regional rental companies.

CLE is owned by Peter Hird jnr along with 3B6 UK the load monitoring systems support company and sales operations in the Middle East and USA. It currently runs a fleet of 30 access units, ranging from Bravi Leonardo’s to Skyjack Scissor Lifts to Genie and Niftylift booms.

The company will cover East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire for the Alliance which aims to provide member companies with national coverage through agreed re-rent prices and service standards.

CLE’s access fleet was launched last year with recent investments including a new Insphire rental software package, transport equipment and new web site.

Hird Jnr said: “Joining the Access Alliance is a great opportunity for us and our fellow members to link up with quality rental companies and pass business to each other. The end results for our clients is national coverage with local knowledge and support. I’m a great believer in local knowledge.”
