Chief executive Barry Pennypacker said: “I want to thank Carl for his commitment, contributions, and support to the organisation over the last 16 years. Among many other accomplishments throughout his tenure, he was a driving force in the split of the organisation into two publicly held companies. On behalf of the board of directors and the rest of the management team, we wish him well in all his future endeavours”.
“At the same time, I would like to welcome David to the team. He is a strong leader with a track record of increasing shareholder value by enhancing profitability and operational cash flows while maintaining robust internal financial controls.
