Two Liebherrs for Berry

UK based rental company Berry Cranes has taken delivery of a 40 tonne Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1 All Terrain crane with a 60 tonne LTM 1060-3.1 to come.

The two axle LTM 1040-2.1 features a 35 metre main boom, and can handle 7.4 tonnes when fully extended and 1.1 tonnes at its maximum radius of 31 metres. The three axle LTM 1060-3.1, which will be shown at this year's Vertikal Days, has a five section 48 metre main boom and a 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, which provides a maximum tip height of 67 metres and a maximum radius of 48 metres. Both cranes have been equipped with Liebherr's Variobase outrigger setup system.
