Basket case
A reader has sent in a classic Death Wish photo of a pair working from an aerial lift in Cannock, England.
In the readers words: “It initially looks as though the correct considerations are being made - but then they appear not to be wearing harnesses and someone decides to get out of the basket. It's amazing how close some people get to doing it right before doing it all goes oh-so-wrong.”
Most definitely a Death Wish and it is surprising that instances such as this are still so common.

And to top it off, eht guy is standing on the latch guard for the swing open gate !
Some people really have either no fear, or just no understanding of the potential consequences of the risks they take. And I struggle to believe it is the latter.
