OBE for GGR's Gill Riley
Gill Riley Co-founder and managing director of GGR / Unic Cranes Europe has been awarded an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) for Services to Construction in the 2015 Queen’s Birthday Honours which are published tomorrow.
The £22 million mini crane and glass handling business was founded in partnership with her brother Graeme in 1995 and now employs over 100 staff across three locations in Oldham, Thame and Glasgow. The official appointment will be marked with an investiture ceremony at St James’ Palace later this year.
