Administration for Quality Contract Lifting
UK based crane rental company Quality Contract Lifting was placed into administration yesterday.
The Manchester based company is owned by Shaun Quigley and established in 2006 originally as Quigley Training Services, just before Quigley United Kingdom was placed in administration. Shaun and his brother Gary formed another company however- Quigley UK Lifting Services which purchased some of the assets of Quigley United Kingdom, that business went into administration in 2013 following a series of bad debts.
At this point the two brothers then seemed to have parted the ways and Shaun has been operating Quality Contract Lifting mainly re-hiring cranes for specific jobs.
The Quigley’s have been in the crane business for some time, Shaun and Gary’s father, Jimmy Quigley, ran Overmile Crane Hire, Jubilee Crane Hire, Dixons Crane Hire and then Dixons Universal Crane Hire. That business was acquired by Baldwins in the mid 90’s. With the two boys working with Baldwins for a short while.

How come they can go bankrupt and change their name and restart up again overnight. In the pass 10 years he's been bankrupt 3 times but still people give him credit ......

How can "Shaun Quigley" be allowed to set up or even be associated with a new company? He will most defiantly set a new crane hire company up will operate for a few years then go again owing tax man and our country I.e tax -national insurance - vat - and others.
Why is this allowed?
He and any other directors should be banned from being a director or even being associated with a company.
Please if any one else agrees with this then please leave a comment or am I the only person that thinks this??

These kind of people should be banned from running a company. They set up a company and run it into the ground owing everyone money while paying them selves a wage and leaving everyone hanging.
