Full spec Liebherr

Anglo Irish crane rental group Cork Crane Hire has taken delivery of the first fully specified 230 tonne Liebherr LTM 1230-5.1 All Terrain crane to arrive in the UK.

The five axle LTM 1230-5.1 features an eight section 75 metre main boom and an 11.5 to 20 metre by-fold swingaway extension that can hydraulically offset by up to 40 degrees. Up to three seven metre inserts can be added between the boom nose and swingaway for a tip height of 113 metres.

The crane features a Stage V diesel and was also ordered with the 43 metre luffing jib and 39 metre fixed offset lattice jib. Additional features include full remote controls, Liebherr’s ECOmode, ECOdrive, VarioBallast and VarioBase Plus technology.

The first and only full specified LTM 1230-5.1 in the UK
