Geda appoints UK partner

German construction hoist manufacturer Geda has appointed Mace Industries as its partner in the UK.

Founded in 1986 Mace Industries is a family run business that manufactures portable conveyors and furniture lifts for the building and warehouse industries.

Mace will initially adopt Geda’s small unit products into its range which include the Geda Lift and the Geda Maxi 120 S, 200 Z, 300 Z and 500 Z rack and pinion lifts. The company says that other Geda products will also be available more quickly and easily in the UK as a result of the partnership. Mace will also store a range of spare parts and accessories as well as providing a range of Geda training courses.

Luke Mace, Mace marketing director, said: “We were looking for products to expand our portfolio. The Geda devices are the perfect enhancement to our range, since now we can also equip our rental customers with significantly more devices and considerably simplify their supply chain.”
