Blade Access Specialists liquidates

UK based truck mounted lift company Blade Access Specialist Ltd is being formally liquidated, following a creditors meeting on Friday.

The company which has the same directors as Blade Access Ltd – a company that shares the same equipment and telephone numbers etc…According to the latest accounts, which date back to early 2013, the company had assets of just over £4 million but a negative tangible net worth of £994,000. And seriously negative working capital.

Blade Access Ltd, which was registered in 2012, is still trading as normal its latest account at Companies House show total assets of £5,000 and no liabilities. Directors at Blade Access said that the liquidation was done to simplify the business - putting the two companies into one, and that this was the last step in a procedure that began almost 12 months ago. It also said that there we were no debts left in the closing company and that no creditors were left unpaid.

A statement from the company said: “Blade Access Ltd remains completely independent and unaffected by the decision to liquidate Blade Access Specialists Ltd and for this existing company it is absolutely business as usual.”
