Genie appoints Manlift

Genie has appointed Manlift, the Dubai based access company, as an official dealership for India.

The company’s Indian branch will be responsible for sales, marketing, training and after sales support in the Indian market.

The dealership was officially launched at the Bauma Conexpo, India, with the agreement being signed on the Manlift's stand.

Manlift managing director David King said: “By awarding the dealership to us, Genie has shown strong confidence in Manlift to lead the development of the access equipment market in India. Our highly motivated team will be able to offer our customers a full range of quality access equipment for a wide variety of applications.”

A Genie/Manlift photo-call after the distribution agreement was signed

Genie regional vice president Daniel Ho added: “We consider India as an important growth market for the Genie product range and are pleased that a progressive company such as Manlift will be representing our brand.”
