Coastline takes on Shuttlelift

Coastline Equipment crane division, of Sacramento, California has been appointed as a Shuttlelift carry deck crane distributor.

The company will sell and support the full range of the carry deck industrial cranes from its two locations – Sacramento and Santa Ana, as well as offering them for rental. Coastline has kicked off the dealership with the purchase of 10 cranes - five nine ton CD3339s and five 15 ton CD5515-2s.

Coastline Equipment's first Shuttlelift carry deck crane delivery

The CD3339 features a 9.9 metre main boom, single-stage outriggers, multiple steering modes and a seven ton capacity deck. The CD5515-2 has a three section 12.4 metre boom, with an optional four section, full-power 15 metre boom. It also features an exclusive pivoting boom nose, 10 ton deck capacity and an all-new cab design with hydraulic proportional controls and a hardwired graphical rated capacity indicator.

Sales manager Jim Chavalas said: “We did extensive research into carry deck industrial cranes and the Shuttlelift line stood out in terms of both its quality and support from Manitowoc Crane Care. We have a lot of Grove YardBoss cranes in our inventory, which are similar, and we have seen how well-made those are and how well they perform. It was a natural choice for us to go with Shuttlelift.”
