Fatal crane overturn
Five people have died so far after a crane overturned in Liaocheng City in China’s Shandong Province, between Beijing and Shanghai on Saturday.
The crane was working on the construction site of a chemical plant in the city, in all nine people were injured in the incident, so far five have died while some of the others remain in a critical condition. The crane operator is being held in police custody, while the investigation continues.
The incident has been reported by the state-run Xinhua news agency, with no further details provided.
