Police investigating a mobile crane overturning incident in German says that alcohol may have played a factor, having tested the operator.

The crane from a different angle
The crane, owned by Wiemann Autokranewas working on a new commercial building in Ennepetal, between Wuppertal and Dortmund in the Ruhr region. The crane was set up without outrigger mats, but the cause looks to be due to an overload, possibly due to the operator having programmes in the wrong counterweight?
