New sales manager at Genie

Genie has appointed Ken Doan as regional sales manager for the southern Texas region, including Houston, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi and the Valley, reporting to Bob Wilking, regional vice president, South Central Region.

Doan joins the Genie sales team, following 10 years with Terex Construction in Southaven, Mississippi, where he held various positions including director of sales.

“Ken’s extensive experience with both the Genie and Terex products will truly benefit our current and future customers in the southern Texas territory,” said Wilking. “He understands the many aspects of the industry and that will serve him well.”

“South Eastern Texas is a growing vibrant area that now has a very diverse construction base. Commercial construction, industrial construction and the petro chemical production markets are booming.”
